Hi, I'm theintercityhst! I'm a 13 year old diesel fanatic from Liverpool! I'm currently building a mixed era 00 gauge model railway, and i mostly collect older and collectable locos, (tho Swifty may deny that!) particularly Triang-Hornby or Lima, but i do like my modern stuff as well! when it comes to railways, nothing in my oppinion beats a 37 and a 47! although i do like other locos at well , like the class 20,25,33,35,50,55,57,60 etc, so all the propper locos, no 66s! I do like the odd kettle, particularly the Duchess class and the A4, and electric wise i like the 86s/87s and the 90s. I like my units too, like the 142, 150 and 156, having grown up around them, seeing them every weekend, as well as the merseyrail 507s and 508s!

At some point in the future (and i do emphesise that!) i hope to either model and EWS depot based on the WCML, or model Edge Hill station, in roughly 2003/2004.If you have noticed, yes, i am a moderator, but don't worry, I'll be nicer than Mod 6!
